Terms of Service

These TOS only apply to personal commissions. For business commissions please contact me so I can discuss this further with you.


Cancellation & charges:
In the event you wish to cancel your commission, payment will be refunded based on current completion.

70% refund in sketch stage
40% refund in colouring stage
20% refund if near completion

Once you have recieved your finished piece, you may make 1 minor change only.
Major changes should be discussed while the piece is ongoing.

Once I have started the rendering stage (which will be communicated to you) any major changes
 to posing / backgrounds will come with a charge of 5% of the total cost per change.
No refunds will be accepted upon completion.

Please communicate as clearly as possible what you are looking for to 
avoid charges for major changes to your commission.


References:Please come prepared with as many references as possible!
I will gladly work from photos, mood boards, and colour palettes.

However,
I will not work from AI generated concepts, or other artist’s work.

For custom work, I will not copy designs from other artists. 
This includes characters & exact poses.
